Worked through his long track in MNCs, and different sectors, namely GE Health, Giesecke & Devrient, LINKdotNET, and Mobinil, and later in the telecommunications giant Orange.
He held many financial, and business management titles through his career. Within his business responsibilities launched and managed call centers, business process outsourcing, and knowledge process outsourcing firms, and currently investing in BPO & KPO startups.
Waseem joined numerous associations, and public entities promoting the telecommunications industry in Egypt as an industry expert, and is mainly concerned with promoting Egypt as a center of excellence in the BPO, and KPO globally.

Raed comes with more than 28 years of experience in customer care management, contact centers startup and management, IT management, Business Consulting and Business Process Management.
He started by managing contact centers as small as 4 agents and as big as 2500 agents operating voice inbound/outbound, email, online chat and social media channels.
Raed was always involved is setting the technology road map & making technology decisions for improving customer experience and increasing efficiency.
He has a BSc in Automatic Control & Computer Engineering from the faculty of engineering, Ain Shams University. He’s also an MBA holder from Nile University (in collaboration with IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Spain)

With over eight years of experience in business administration and customer service, Roger is a seasoned Operations Manager with a proven track record of optimizing operations and driving results. Having started his career in customer care, Roger joined FLINK Business Solutions at its inception. In his six years with the company, he’s progressed from a Back-Office Advisor to a Team Leader and, ultimately, Operations Manager.

She specializes in digital transformation, driving growth through strategic planning, innovation, and productive partnerships.
Ms. Sayed has led major ICT restructuring projects using a multi-tier approach focused on innovation, leadership, and cost efficiency. As Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development at AUC, she developed the strategic digital transformation plan and managed digitization alliances. At Vodafone, she led global partnerships for data and connectivity services, achieving 25% YoY revenue growth.
As General Manager of International Commercial Affairs at Telecom Egypt, she established the international commercial department for global submarine cables, driving a 32% YoY growth rate and generating billions in revenue. Previously, as Head of Business Operations at TEDATA, she oversaw ISP operations in Egypt and Jordan as well as partnerships with global telecoms.
