How Do You Remotely Monitor The Outsourcing Process?

You will be able to access and monitor the daily work and progress from your system, as previously designed during the transitioning plan.

The transition process depends on many factors: whether you are using your own team or an outsourcer, in addition to the level of documentation of the processes you need to outsource and the number of processes that are being transferred to FLINK.
